Pumpkins are Weird

We went to the pumpkin patch before Halloween and got some pumpkins. Leo was then introduced to the bizzarre tradition of cutting them open, scooping out the guts and putting a face on them. He thought that the seeds were rad too.

Our Pal Pili

At Baxter's birthday party, Leo and our friend Pilar got to hang out. He was pretty stoked to get to sit on the lap of someone other than me or Laura. Thanks, Pili!

Love/Hate

Leo got to try the Carousel at Golden Gate Park recently with Babo. While it freaked him out completely, he wanted to go again before we left the park, and has brought it up a lot since. Go figure.

Carnaval 2010

Carnaval happens every year in the Mission - it's a celebration of Latino culture, with floats, classic cars and the like. They staged the cars in front of our house before the big parade so we joined in the fun. Leo likes the old smooth rides.

First Haircut

Leo had his first haircut this summer, in late May. We took him to a place called Kid's Cuts that is pretty kid focused. Here you have before, during and after. Nice work!

Potty Power!

Leo is learning how to use the potty like a grown up. This doesn't necessarily have to do with going to the bathroom.

We're Still Rockin'

We're catching up soon, I promise! In the meantime, please be entertained by a little naked-toilet- guitar rock.
